How to add MFA to Citrix. It’s quite easy! All you need to do is download the SAASPASS mobile app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, and then proceed to the Company Sign Up link at www.saaspass.com. Make sure that your Spam filters such as Mimecast have an exception as you will receive a verification email. Citrix ADC 13 Native OTP lets you enable two-factor authentication without purchasing any other authentication product. A typical configuration uses Citrix SSO app (mobile VPN Client) to receive push notifications, or Google Authenticator to generate Passcodes. See the following for an overview.

Instructions
- Sign In to https://cloud.citrix.com
- Enter the 6-digit OTP code from the authenticator app you have configured and click Verify
- If you lose or don’t have access to your authenticator app, click Don’t have your authenticator app?
- Copy a backup code previously saved during enrollment and click Verify
- Note: These are one time use backup codes, be sure to generate a new set when running low
